As society gets more technologically advanced, methods of commiting fraud become easier. This means that the people you care about are at increased risk of fraud, identity theft, account hacking and financial scams.

We can complete what is known as a Financial Vulnerability Assessment.

​

This involves one of our team of experienced Assessors visiting you or your loved one in person at a conveiniant time, or even completing a remote assessment via secure video link.

​

These assessments take approximatley 1 hour to complete, but will leave you safe in the knowlege that everything is being done to maintain you or your loved ones autonomy.

​

Our assessors will write a report that assesses your financial vulnerability.

  • Financial Vulnerability Assessment

  • Friends and Family Interview

A Financial Decision Tracker is an interview which examines a specific financial decision made by an older adult to assess their financial judgment.

​

A Financial Vulnerability Assessment is an in-depth interview to determine the factors involved in an older adult’s financial decisions. This includes an assessment of cognitive impairment, situational awareness and undue influence and their impact on financial decision making.

​

A Family & Friends Interview  is a series of questions asked of a trusted relative or friend of an older adult to better understand their recent financial decision. The interview provides a complementary perspective on the decision and is best used in combination with the Financial Decision Tracker or the Financial Vulnerability Assessment.
